The Dhow cruise berthing location will be shared with you upon reservation. You may reach there by Dubai Metro, Dubai buses, or by vehicle. We will also send you the contact details of the Dhow staff and the customer support team for further assistance.

Al Wasl Dhow operates daily from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Boarding starts at 8:00 PM, and the cruise departs sharp by 8:30 PM. We suggest you arrive before the boarding time to avoid unnecessary delays.

Our infant policy is that children under 3 years will not be charged. The accompanying mothers will carry all infant-related materials as we do not stock up on infant food. We understand the needs of our youngest guests and strive to make their experience as comfortable as possible. Please feel free to contact our staff if you have any specific concerns or requirements for your infant.

Our cancellation policy follows the best practices of returning your amount if canceled 3 days before your trip after deducting 10% towards administration cost. If the cancellation is due to bad weather or any operational issue, we will accommodate you on our next trip or fully reimburse your amount. We cannot refund any amount if you cancel late (same day to 24 hours). Please note that any cancellation made within 24 hours of the trip will be charged the full amount.
